Common use of Smoking Cessation Services Clause in Contracts

Smoking Cessation Services. The Contractor must cover, at minimum, smoking cessation services as set forth in 405 IAC 5-37. Treatment may include prescription of any combination of smoking cessation products and counseling. Providers may prescribe one or more modalities of treatment. Providers must include counseling in any combination of treatment.
