Common use of Snow Removal, etc Clause in Contracts

Snow Removal, etc. XXXXXX agrees that it shall keep the public areas of the Airport free from obstructions, including the clearing and removal of snow, grass, stones or other foreign objects, as reasonably necessary and with reasonable promptness in accordance with the established priorities for runways, taxiways, ramps, access roads and areas immediately adjacent thereto for the safe, convenient and proper use of the Airport by XXXXXX and others.
