Common use of SOC Audit Clause in Contracts

SOC Audit. (i) Provider will cause either a SOC 1 or a SOC 2 audit to be conducted at least annually, which audit conducted pursuant to this Agreement will not be materially diminished in scope as compared to the scope of Provider’s SOC 1 or SOC 2 audits performed as of the Effective Date.
