Software Customization and Consultation. At its sole discretion, Licensor may agree to develop custom features or reports for Licensee, or provide consultations to Licensee in areas that fall beyond the scope of the OARS software and the support described in this Section IV. Such support will be invoiced at a rate of $50.00 per hour for clerical support, $250.00 per hour for programming support, and $2,000.00 per day for special consultations.
