Training and Technical Support. During the term of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall be responsible for the following customer support responsibilities: (a) delivering Product information to customers, (b) demonstrating evaluation kits to customers, (c) answering customers’ technical questions, (c) training customers to use Products, and (d) assisting customers’ engineers with designs.
Training and Technical Support. Zygo will provide training to Nano personnel according to the terms, scheduling, and compensation set forth on Exhibit X. Xxxx will also provide technical support services to Nano in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit C during the term and thereafter until the expiration of the warranty period for all Heads and Components delivered under this Agreement.
Training and Technical Support. GCT shall (a) make a commercially best effort to send technical personnel to assist DISTRIBUTOR at DISTRIBUTOR’s two (2) weeks’ prior notice, (b) shall manage technical issues that demand circuit designers’ expertise and/or is beyond the scope and capability of DISTRIBUTOR’s field application engineers, and (c) GCT shall provide assistance to DISTRIBUTOR to resolve any technical issues or problems that may arise with respect to the design and manufacturing of the Products, including without limitation responding to and resolving complaints, claims or inquiries related to the design and manufacturing of the Products from Customers.
Training and Technical Support. (a) XXXXX shall make available to GoAmerica, at no charge, reasonable initial training on the use of XXXXX Services.
(b) XXXXX shall continue to provide GoAmerica, at no charge, with technical assistance performed by competent XXXXX employees in connection with ongoing use of the Services by GoAmerica and its customers. Such assistance shall include, without limitation, telephone consultation, updates relating to changes and enhancements to the Services and diagnostic services.
Training and Technical Support. Technical support requested by LICENSEE will be charged at RICOH’s prevailing rate for such technical support, plus travel, lodging and other living expenses.
Training and Technical Support. 5.1 Thunderstone, or its designee, will provide Technical Support to Licensee during the warranty period at no cost. Thereafter, Technical Support will be provided at Thunderstone's discretion.
5.2 This Agreement entitles the Licensee to no training or consulting services from Thunderstone. Training and consulting services are provided, if at all, only pursuant to a separate agreement between Thunderstone and Licensee.
Training and Technical Support. Licensor agrees to provide training, technical support and advice to Licensee in perpetuity, related to the use, practice, exercise, implementation, exploitation or commercialization of any and every aspect of the Technology and Intellectual Property. The cost of travel, per diem per man, the cost of supervision on site, shall be paid by the Licensee or end user to the Licensor.
Training and Technical Support provide training to the Owner’s selected operators during the commissioning and startup phase.
Training and Technical Support. BGI will provide to Purchaser at no charge all reasonable and customary employee training and technical support, to be specified at the time of the purchase. All travel, food, and lodging expenses incurred by BGI to provide such training and technical support outside of the State of Nevada shall be paid by Purchaser. BGI will provide reasonable technical assistance to Purchaser to adapt any new platforms of Gaming Devices sold to Purchaser under this Agreement to operate with the Gamblers Bonus system. For all Gaming Devices leased by BGI to Purchaser, the training and technical support offered shall be based on the terms and conditions of the Standard Gaming Agreement.
Training and Technical Support. A. Training. Seller will provide, free of charge to Buyer, the necessary periodic training and sales support required by the Buyer’s field staff in connection with the use or resale of the Products. This training shall provide the necessary instructions and documentation to make Buyer’s sales and installation staff fully self sufficient in Seller’s products and services.
B. Technical Support. Seller shall provide technical support free of charge to Buyer. Seller shall maintain a staff of adequately trained technical specialists and toll free hotline for the purpose of answering application and installation questions during Buyer’s normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST).
