Software Documentation. Contractor agrees to provide to County, County-designated number of all manuals and other associated printed materials and updated versions thereof, which are necessary or useful to County in its use of the equipment or software provided hereunder. County shall designate the number of copies for production use and the number of copies for disaster recovery purposes and shall provide this information to Contractor.
