Software Download. In order to enable Remote Access during each Support Session, you shall be required to download and install software made available to you by or on behalf of Viasat (“Remote Access Software”). You agree that you will: (a) not use the Remote Access Software for any purpose other than to receive Premier Tech Support on your Supported Device(s), and (b) completely uninstall the Remote Access Software from your Supported Device(s) prior to the end of each Support Session as instructed by Viasat.
