Common use of Software for access to your Services Clause in Contracts

Software for access to your Services. If I/we obtain from you the computer programs, software and related operating manuals ("Software") for access to the services under these Terms and any relevant Additional Terms, all rights and interests of the Software shall remain exclusively in and with you or the provider of the Software ("Software Provider"). Nothing in these Terms and any relevant Additional Terms confers on me/us any right or interest in the Software except for a non-exclusive and non-transferable sub-licence to access the services under these Terms and any relevant Additional Terms and for no other purposes. I/We shall not disseminate, sell or transfer the Software to any other person and shall not tamper with, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or duplicate the Software. I/We shall treat the Software as strictly confidential and proprietary to you or the Software Provider and will exercise due care in the custody, handling, use and storage of the Software. I/We shall return or permanently delete the Software upon your request.
