Software for Service. 1) Service Provider may grant Customer, with or without royalty, a non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use software to be installed on Customer’s device as a part of or accompanied with Service (“Software for Service”). Software for Service shall be used for the sole purpose of Service and in the manner separately permitted by Service Provider.
