Software Fulfillment. PSI is to arrange for the Internet access software to be delivered to the end user upon receiving an account activation order for a new customer of the IXC Reseller. The software shipment can be contracted by PSI to a fulfillment house company that specializes in software diskette distribution. PSI is responsible for the end user receiving the software no more than ten days following the account activation order being received by PSI. PSI will provide a fee schedule to IXC based on IXC sales projections given to the fulfillment house by PSI.
