Software Guidelines. Publisher will comply, and shall cause its Affiliates to comply, with the Yahoo! Downloadable Software Guidelines attached hereto, as may be updated from time to time in Yahoo!’s sole discretion (“Software Guidelines”). Any material non-compliance with the Software Guidelines shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
