Software Information. You consent and agree to the collection and use of certain information about the Software you have licensed and its use, which may include service names (what a particular endpoint in the network resolves to) and metrics about which service interacts with which other service, how much and when, as well as other information regarding usage, disk configuration, memory amount, as well as periodic updates for software, databases, etc. You further consent and agree that the Software may collect, use, transmit to us, process and maintain information related to the Software and its use for purposes of providing the Software and any features therein and for purposes of monitoring compliance with this Agreement. Information collected by the Software and transmitted to us may also include technical or diagnostic information related to your use that may be used by us to support, improve and enhance our products and services. If applicable and available as a feature for the Software, you may be able to opt out of the collection and use of such information by configuring the Software to disable these features.

Software Information. Use of any software is licensed to you (and not sold to you) and is subject to the license terms in the software license agreement that accompanies or is provided with the software, whether presented to you preinstalled or preloaded on your Product and delivered to you during your download process or software installation process (“License Terms”). Some software that is bundled with systems may differ from its retail version (if available) and may not include user manuals or all program functionality.   • SITE INFORMATION General description The Xxxxx Power Station is situated approximately half way between Bethal and Ogies on the R545, being just over 30 km from each town and 10 km north-west of Kriel town. Xxxxx Power Station is situated in a summer rainfall area with an average annual precipitation of about 750 mm falling almost entirely during the months of October to April.
