Software License and Rights. During the term of this Agreement, GeoTrust grants Subscriber a non-transferable, nonexclusive license to use the Software, in object code form only, for its internal needs, and solely in conjunction with the Services. Subscriber agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, copy the Software except as is necessary to install on Subscriber's web site. Subscriber agrees it will not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software; (b) sell, lease, license, transfer, give possession of, or sublicense the Software or the documentation to others; or (c) write or develop any derivative or other software programs based in whole or in part upon the Software.
