Common use of Software License and Use Clause in Contracts

Software License and Use. a. Licensor grants to Subscriber and Subscriber accepts, subject to the Use restrictions, terms and conditions of this Agreement, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, limited license for the Use of one of the following software products: Neovest™ Direct Feed, FirstAlert™ or Idealink™ (collectively “NFI™”), only in the United States by Subscriber's licensed End Users on Subscriber's Servers and Subscriber's client computers operated by licensed End Users ("License").
