Limitation of License. Neither the databases, electronic data compilations, nor any portion of either thereof, accessed through means of the enhanced remote access, may be used outside the scope of the Fair Use Provision of the United States Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 107 and the Minnesota Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13 unless authorized by the County’s prior written permission.

Limitation of License. No licenses are granted under this License Agreement for: (a) the benefit of any entity other than the Licensee Parties; (b) any product other than the Licensed Products; (c) any intellectual property right other than rights in the Licensed Patents;
Limitation of License. The license granted herein is personal to Licensee and any entity operating the Hotels on behalf of Licensee and shall not be transferable to any entity without Licensor’s prior written consent, which may be withheld or granted in Licensor’s sole and absolute discretion. Licensee shall have no right to grant additional licenses for use of the Names, the Marks and the Websites.

The County acknowledges that the Subscriber's "regular course of business" includes using the information provided by the County in the preparation of title searches, appraisals, title work, title abstracts, and title insurance; all of which will be prepared and/or furnished for resale to the Subscriber's customers. The Subscriber acknowledges that the County's databases and electronic data compilations have commercial value.

Stat. Ch. 13, contained therein. The Subscriber shall not sell any copies of the records accessed.
Limitation of License. You may not: (a) directly or indirectly sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense, redistribute, lend, give, or transfer the Software or Documentation; (b) modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Software or Documentation, assign or otherwise transfer rights to the Software or Documentation; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Software or any subsequent version thereof or any part thereof; (d) modify the Software or disable any licensing or control features of the Software; (e) use the software in any public display or any display that requires an admission price to be paid to allow access to the Raven software; (f) charge money for any outputs of the Raven software including but not limited to electronic or printed images generated by the software.
Limitation of License. You may not: a. directly or indirectly sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense, redistribute, lend, give, or transfer Raven Exhibit or the Documentation; b. modify, translate, or create derivative works from Raven Exhibit, the Documentation, or any part thereof; c. assign or otherwise transfer rights to Raven Exhibit or the Documentation or any part thereof; d. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of Raven Exhibit or any subsequent version thereof or any part thereof, except as allowed by the LGPL license for some third-party libraries used in Raven Exhibit; e. disassemble Raven Exhibit into its constituent parts (e.g., software, sounds, images, natural history text) in order to use those parts for any other purpose besides as components of Raven Exhibit; f. modify Raven Exhibit or disable any of its licensing or control features. g. use Raven Exhibit outside of the evaluation period without purchasing or being granted an annual license.

Limitation of License. The parties acknowledge that, as to each of the Title Plants and the Software, no right of ownership therein is transferred to PI by the terms of this Agreement, other than with regard to certain possible derivative works as expressly set forth in Section 4.01. Except as otherwise contemplated in Section 4.01, as between the parties hereto, each applicable Company retains ownership of and all rights of any kind whatsoever in its respective Title Plants and Software, including without limitation, rights in data structures, data, written documentation, and all other attributes of any kind, whether such rights are granted by the law of the United States or any state in the United States, including common law, the law of any other national or international jurisdiction, or by international treaty or convention.
Limitation of License. No licenses are granted under this License Agreement for: (a) the benefit of any entity other than the Licensee or Licensee Affiliate; (b) any product other than the Licensed Products; (c) any intellectual property right other than rights in the Licensed Patents; (d) a disc drive or a disc-reading hardware component for retrieving or recording BD- compliant data; (e) Trial/Disabled Software; (f) programs executed by end-user standalone devices dedicated to the playback of BD, DVD and CD discs; (g) Shipment of master copies of any BD-PC Software; or (h) the transmission, use or reception of BD Standard compliant content over a network. Limitation of License. Except as set out in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in the PPI IP or Trademarks shall belong to PPI and EKR shall not have any right, title or interest in the PPI IP or Trademarks.
