Software Plugins. The Software indicated in the Order is provided with all commercial plugins Supplier has available on the Effective Date. Supplier will make additional commercially available plugins available to Client at no additional cost but only if, as, and when Supplier makes such plugins generally available to its general customer base. However, if such plugin is subject to a reseller fee or other third-party fee, it will be provided by Supplier at the pass-through rate.
