Software provided for use on devices. If the Software is provided to you with its own proprietary license terms, those terms control. If the Software does not have its own license terms, then you may install and use only the number of copies of Software set forth in the Sales Order. This Section does not apply to Software addressed in subsection 8(b). Documentation and other written materials, or software that are delivered under this agreement are subject to the same restrictions on use that are identified in this agreement for software.
