Software Versions. You must: (a) use the latest version of the Software, as provided by us to you; and (b) ensure that all updates or upgrades to the Software are installed in the order in which we release such updates or upgrades; and (c) not install any update or upgrade to the Software that has not been provided by us.

Software Versions. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by BrightWork, BrightWork will only be responsible for correcting Errors for the most recent Release of the Software, except that BrightWork will use reasonable efforts to continue to support the prior Release for a period of twelve (12) months after release of the superseding version.

Software Versions. The MassBiome Software is available in Standard, Pro, and Ultra versions. All versions of the Software are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Standard, Pro, and Ultra versions of the Software require you to pay the applicable license fees. You are permitted to load the MassBiome software on a device (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile, or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the MassBiome software. You are not permitted to: • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the Software, nor permit the Software to be combined with or incorporated into any other software, nor decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to do any of these things. • Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose. • Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party. • Use the Software in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law. • Use the Software for any purpose that Massive Bioinformatics considers a breach of this XXXX.
Software Versions. 5.1 Broadpeak will strive to resolve Incidents found in a Software either in a newer Release, or in a dedicated Patch of the current Release. It may be the case that in this version Issues are fixed that are not directly relevant to the Customer, or even that new features are included. Functionality relevant to the Customer will not be removed. 5.2 For resolution of Incidents, Broadpeak shall provide Software Updates, Patches, and any related documentation at no additional charge during the Term of the SLA. Software Versions. For both Drupal Application Support and Drupal Commerce Application Support Subscribers, Support will be provided only for the current version (at time of support request) of Drupal or Drupal Commerce and Supported Modules.
