Common use of Soil, Concrete and Other Tests Clause in Contracts

Soil, Concrete and Other Tests. At the Borrower’s expense, cause to be made such soil, compaction, concrete and other tests as the Lender or the Construction Consultant may require from time to time, each in form and substance and from testing companies acceptable to the Lender, and if requested by the Lender, and cause such testing companies to provide certificates evidencing that grading and foundation construction work have been performed in accordance with the recommendation in the soil engineer’s report delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(aa).

At the Borrower shall, at Borrower’s expense, cause to be made such soil, compaction, concrete and other tests as the Lender or the Construction Consultant Inspector may require from time to time, each in form and substance and from testing companies acceptable to the Lender, and if requested by the Lender, and cause such testing companies to provide certificates evidencing that grading and foundation construction work have been performed Lender in accordance with the recommendation in the soil engineer’s report delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(aa)its reasonable discretion.
