Sole Authority. This agreement shall be the sole authority governing the relationship between the Owners Group and the drivers. Subject to the mutual approval of a standard-form lease, the signing of this agreement will render null and void any outstanding personal contracts, which breach any provision of this agreement, that may have been entered into between any Member of the Owners Group and a driver.
