Common use of Sole Authority Clause in Contracts

Sole Authority. 5.01 This Agreement shall be the sole authority governing the relationship between the Company, Associates and dependent contractors and shall nullify and replace any contracts of employment that may have been entered into between the Company, Associates and dependent contractors. Leases may be entered into for the leasing of taxi plates provided that said leases do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement and provided there shall be no sub-leasing of taxi plates at any time.
