Sole Duties. The sole duties of the Escrow Agent hereunder are as indicated herein, and upon the disposition of all amounts in the Escrow Account, as herein provided, the Escrow Agent shall be deemed to have performed its duties and shall be automatically discharged from any further obligation in connection therewith.
