Common use of Sole Inventions Clause in Contracts

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall exclusively own all inventions made solely by such Party, its employees, agents and consultants in the course of the Research Collaboration ("Sole Inventions"). Sole Inventions made solely by Novartis, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Novartis Sole Inventions". Sole Inventions made solely by Alnylam, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam Sole Inventions."

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall exclusively own all inventions Inventions made solely by such Party, its employees, agents and consultants in the course of the Research Collaboration ("“Sole Inventions"”). Sole Inventions made solely by NovartisSchering-Plough, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Novartis “Schering-Plough Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by AlnylamAVEO, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam “AVEO Sole Inventions”."

Each Party shall exclusively own all inventions Inventions made solely by or on behalf of such Party, its employees, agents agents, and consultants in the course of the Research Collaboration ("“Sole Inventions"”). Sole Inventions made solely by NovartisProcessa, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Novartis “Processa Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by AlnylamOcuphire, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam “Ocuphire Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions made solely by Novartis, or on behalf of Licensee or its employees, agents and consultants Affiliates are referred to herein as "Novartis “Licensee Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by Alnylam, or on behalf of Licensor or its employees, agents and consultants Affiliates are referred to herein as "Alnylam “Licensor Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions made solely by NovartisIkaria, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Novartis “Ikaria Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by AlnylamFibrex, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam “Fibrex Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions made solely by NovartisNewsoara and its Subsidiaries, and its and their employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Novartis “Newsoara Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by AlnylamvTv and its Subsidiaries, and its and their employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam “vTv Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions made solely by NovartisCubist, its Affiliates, and its and their employees, agents agents, consultants and consultants contractors are referred to herein as "Novartis “Cubist Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made solely by AlnylamDyax, its Affiliates, and its and their employees, agents agents, consultants and consultants contractors, as well as []*, are referred to herein as "Alnylam “Dyax Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions made solely by Alnylam, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as "Alnylam Sole Inventions”."

Sole Inventions. Each As between the Parties, each Party (or its Affiliate) shall exclusively own all inventions made conceived solely by the employees or agents of such Party, Party or its employees, agents and consultants Affiliates in the course of the Research Collaboration such Party’s and its Affiliates’ performance of Development, Manufacturing or Commercialization activities under this Agreement ("“Sole Inventions"”). Sole Inventions made conceived solely by Novartis, the employees and agents of AbbVie or its employees, agents and consultants Affiliates are referred to herein as "Novartis “AbbVie Sole Inventions"”. Sole Inventions made conceived solely by Alnylam, the employees and agents of Infinity or its employees, agents and consultants Affiliates are referred to herein as "Alnylam “Infinity Sole Inventions”."
