Common use of Sole Inventions Clause in Contracts

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall own any such Inventions that are discovered, developed, invented, conceived or reduced to practice solely, as between the Parties, by such Party.

Sole Inventions. Each Subject to the licenses granted hereunder, each Party shall own any such Inventions that are discoveredand all inventions made or conceived solely by its own employees, developedagents, inventedor independent contractors in the course of conducting any activities under this Agreement, conceived or reduced to practice solely, as between together with all intellectual property rights therein (the Parties, by such Party“Sole Inventions”).

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall solely own any such and all Inventions that are discovered, and Know-How developed, inventedconceived, conceived generated or reduced to practice solelysolely by it, as between its Affiliates or its or their employees, agents or independent contractors in the Parties, by such Partycourse of performing activities under any Research Plan or Clinical Development Plan hereunder during the Term (“Sole Inventions”). Inventorship shall be determined in accordance with U.S. patent laws.

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall will own all right, title and interest in and to any inventions (and Patents that claim such Inventions that are discoveredinventions) solely invented by or on behalf of such Party, developedits Affiliates, inventedor their respective employees, agents and independent contractors in the course of conducting any activities under this Agreement (collectively, “Sole Inventions”) and any Information generated or conceived or reduced to practice solely, as between the Parties, solely by such Party, its Affiliates, or their respective employees, agents and independent contractors in the course of conducting any activities under this Agreement.
