Common use of Sole Monetary Contribution Clause in Contracts

Sole Monetary Contribution. Except as provided in Sections 2.4 and 7.2.1, the Class Settlement Amount shall be the full and sole monetary contribution made by or on behalf of the Released Parties in connection with the Settlement effected between Plaintiff and Defendants under this Settlement Agreement. The Released Parties shall not make any other monetary contribution for any costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, or other amount associated with or related to the Action or Settlement.
