You will not, either alone or in association with others, actually or attempt to (x) solicit, recruit or induce any Company employee or independent contractor to leave the Company’s service or (y) solicit, recruit, hire, or engage as an employee or independent contractor any individual whom the Company employed or engaged at any time while you were employed by the Company, except for an individual whose employment or other service relationship with the Company ended at least six months before the date of your action; and/or
