Solicitation Amendments. Unless otherwise stated in the Solicitation, each Solicitation Amendment shall be acknowledged by the person signing the Proposal. Failure to acknowledge a material Solicitation Amendment or to follow the instructions for acknowledgement of the Solicitation Amendment shall result in rejection of the Proposal.
