SOLICITATION Broker. Dealer agrees to supervise its Registered Representatives so that they will only solicit applications in states where the Products are approved for sale and where the Registered Representatives are properly licensed and appointed in accordance with applicable state laws and Companies' rules, procedures and ethical standards then in effect. Companies shall notify Broker-Dealer of the availability of the Products in each state.
