Common use of Solicitation, Food and Beverages Clause in Contracts

Solicitation, Food and Beverages. Landlord reserves the right to restrict, control, or prohibit canvassing, soliciting, and peddling within the Building. Tenant shall not grant any concessions, licenses, or permission for the sale or taking of orders for food or services or merchandise in the Premises, install or permit the installation or use of any machine or equipment for dispensing food or beverage in the Building, nor permit the preparation, serving, distribution, or delivery of food or beverages in the Premises, without the prior written approval of Landlord and only in compliance with arrangements prescribed by Landlord. Only persons approved by Landlord shall be permitted to serve, distribute, or deliver food and beverage within the Building or to use the public areas of the Building for that purpose. No cooking shall be done or permitted by Tenant on the Premises. Tenant may use a microwave oven and coffee pot in connection with its use of the Premises.
