Common use of Solicitation; Food and Beverages Clause in Contracts

Solicitation; Food and Beverages. Landlord reserves the right to restrict, control or prohibit canvassing, soliciting and peddling within the Building. Tenant shall not grant any concessions, licenses or permission for the sale or taking of orders for food or services or merchandise in the Leased Premises. Only persons approved by Landlord shall be permitted to serve, distribute or deliver food and beverages within the Building, or to use the elevators or public areas of the Building for that purpose.

Solicitation; Food and Beverages. 8.1 Landlord reserves the right to restrict, control control, or prohibit canvassing, soliciting soliciting, distributing of handbills or any other written materials, and peddling within the Building. Building and each Tenant shall not grant any concessions, licenses or permission for cooperate to prevent the sale or taking same. No Tenant shall make room-to-room solicitation of orders for food or services or merchandise business from other Tenants in the Leased Premises. Only persons approved by Landlord shall be permitted to serve, distribute or deliver food and beverages within the Building, or to use the elevators or public areas of the Building for that purpose.
