Common use of Solicitation of Business Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Business. Tenant and Tenant's employees and agents shall not solicit business or distribute handbills or other advertising matter in the parking or other common areas of the Building.

Solicitation of Business. Tenant and Tenant's ’s employees and agents shall not solicit business in the parking or other common areas, nor shall Tenant distribute any handbills or other advertising matter in automobiles parked in the parking area or in other common areas of the Buildingareas.
