Common use of Solicitation of Business Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Business. During the Restricted Period, such Covenanter shall not solicit or assist any other Person to solicit any business from any present or past customer of the Company for a product or service competitive to the Company; or request or advise any present customer of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the Company.

Solicitation of Business. During the Restricted Period, such Covenanter Covenantor ------------------------ shall not solicit or assist any other Person person to solicit any business (other than for the Company) from any present or past customer of the Company for a product or service competitive to the Company; Sunelco, or request or advise any present customer or future customer, vendor or consultant of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the Company; or commit any other act or assist others to commit any other act which might injure the business of the Company.

During the Restricted Period, such Covenanter Covenantor shall not solicit or assist any other Person person to solicit any business (other than for the Company) from any present or past customer of the Company for a product or service competitive to the Company; Jadco, or request or advise any present customer or future customer, vendor or consultant of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the Company; or commit any other act or assist others to commit any other act which might injure the business of the Company.

During the Restricted Period, such Covenanter Covenantor shall not solicit or assist any other Person to solicit any business (other than for NewCo or any of its Affiliates) from any present or past customer of the Company Business for a product or service competitive to a product or service included in the CompanyRestricted Business Activities; or request or advise any present customer of the Company Business to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the CompanyBusiness.
