Common use of Solicitation of Consultants Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Consultants. Employee shall not during the Employment Period and for the Restricted Period, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit or encourage to cease work with the Company or any of its affiliates any consultant then under contract with the Company or any of its affiliates within one year of the termination of such consultant’s engagement by the Company or any of its affiliates.
