Solicitation of Employees, Etc. Executive agrees that during the period of his employment with the Company and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, other than in connection with carrying out his duties during the period of his employment with the Company, solicit or induce any of the employees or consultants of the Company Group (or individuals who served as employees or consultants of the Company Group at any time during the preceding nine (9) month period): (i) to terminate their employment or relationship with the Company Group, and/or (ii) to work for the Executive or any competitor of the Company Group.
