Common use of Solicitation of Employees Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Employees Prohibited. Employee will be called upon to work closely with employees of Employer in performing services under this Agreement. All information about such employees that becomes known to Employee during the course of his employment with Employer, and that is not otherwise known to the public, including compensation or commission structure, is confidential and shall not be used by Employee in soliciting employees of Employer at any time during or after termination of his employment with Employer. During Employee’s employment and for two (2) years following the termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall not directly or indirectly ask, solicit, or encourage any employee(s) of Employer to leave their employment with Employer. Employee further agrees that he shall make any subsequent employer aware of this non-solicitation obligation.
