Common use of Solicitation or Hiring of Employees Clause in Contracts

Solicitation or Hiring of Employees. During the Restricted Period, Employee will not, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit for employment or hire, directly or indirectly, any employee of Employer or any of its controlled subsidiaries or affiliates who was employed with Employer or its controlled subsidiaries or affiliates within the one year period immediately prior to Employee’s termination.

During the Restricted Period, Employee will not, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit for employment employment, hire, or hireengage as a consultant or other agent, directly or indirectly, any employee of Employer or any of its controlled subsidiaries or affiliates who was employed with Employer or its direct and indirect controlled subsidiaries or affiliates within the one year period immediately prior to Employee’s termination.
