Solid and Hazardous Waste. (1) If AIRLINE is deemed to be a generator of hazardous waste, as defined by federal, state or local law, AIRLINE shall obtain a generator identification number from the EPA and the appropriate generator permit and shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, including but not limited to, insuring that the transportation, storage, handling and disposal of such hazardous wastes are conducted in full compliance with applicable law, in accordance with the applicable program. (2) AIRLINE agrees to provide AUTHORITY, upon request, copies of all hazardous waste permit application documentation, permits, monitoring reports, transportation, responses, storage and disposal plans and material safety data sheets, within ten (10) days of any such requests by AUTHORITY.

(1) If Without limiting any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, if AIRLINE is deemed to be a generator of hazardous waste, as defined by federalthe Environmental Laws, state or local lawand is not conditionally exempt, AIRLINE shall obtain a generator identification number from the EPA and the appropriate generator permit and shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunderapplicable Environmental Laws, including but not limited to, insuring that to laws and regulations applicable to the transportation, storage, handling and disposal of such hazardous wastes are conducted in full compliance with applicable law, in accordance with the applicable programwastes.
(2) AIRLINE agrees to provide AUTHORITYNOAB, upon NOAB’s reasonable request, copies of all hazardous waste permit application documentation, documentation (if applicable) and associated permits, monitoring reports, transportation, responses, storage and disposal plans and material safety data sheetssheets related to AIRLINE’s operations on the Airline Premises and at the Airport, to the extent required to be maintained by AIRLINE under applicable Environmental Laws, within ten (10) days of any such requests request by AUTHORITYNOAB.
