Common use of Solution Components Clause in Contracts

Solution Components. Contractor must provide to the County: (i) Licenses to all Solution Software provided hereunder, Third-Party Software, Application Software, and Operating Software, and (ii) ownership of, and other proprietary rights to, all Solution Hardware, including, but not limited to, System Hardware and Hardware Upgrades, all as necessary for the Solution to meet all Solution Requirements and the Specifications under this Contract as such may be revised during the Term of this Contract, and in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 11.0 (Ownership and License) of this Contract.
