Sound Amplification. For events other than Motorsports Events, no sound amplification shall continue after 10:00 p.m., Central time, without the express permission of the Fair Board. Bristol shall endeavor in good faith to avoid scheduling such events on any day when Metro Nashville Public Schools are in session on the following day.

Sound Amplification. Sound amplification devices may be utilized for competitive events and band practices, but their use should be minimized as much as possible. These may be used on a limited basis but shall be subject to the same time limitations as hereinabove provided for the lighting.
Sound Amplification. Owner agrees amplified outdoor sound on the Subject Property is allowed only from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. (i) Other than in cases of emergency, Owner agrees that sound equipment on the Subject Property will not produce sound in excess of 75 decibels at the property line of nearby residences. (ii) The Camp shall not engage in Special Events on the Subject Property without prior approval of the City of Woodcreek through a Special Event Permit. Because of scheduling, the City Manager will review and approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove of a Special Event Permit for an event on the Subject Property within 14 business days of filing or the permit will be presumed approved as filed; the applicant may appeal the City Manager’s decision on the Special Event Permit to the City Council at the next scheduled City Council meeting.
Sound Amplification. Sound amplification equipment is subject to the City of Melbourne Noise Ordinance, Chapter 26, Article II of the City Code of Melbourne, Florida.
Sound Amplification. Astor Center will at all times be compliant with DEP interior public assembly standards and acceptable decibel levels (including bass) in neighboring residential interiors. Astor Center will also install sound insulation as needed to prevent sound generated through building structural materials to more distant neighboring residential interiors. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Completeness and Modification This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto superseding all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings among the parties hereto concerning the Employment Agreement.
