Common use of Source Files Clause in Contracts

Source Files. Contractor shall provide the SBWMA the following information: (i) 3357 with each monthly or quarterly report, a spreadsheet provided by Operator showing 3358 all Tonnages Collected by Contractor and delivered to the Shoreway Recycling and 3359 Disposal Center from Member Agencies during the reporting month, listed 3360 separately by Member Agency, material type, and Service Sector; (ii) with each 3361 monthly or quarterly report, a spreadsheet containing the information required by 3362 Sections 9.06.B, 9.06.D, and 9.06.E; and, (iii) with each annual report, a 3363 spreadsheet containing the information required by Section 9.07.B.
