Common use of Source Materials Clause in Contracts

Source Materials. Unless specified otherwise in a Statement of Work, you must provide all Developed Software (if any) to the Purchasing Agency in object code form and you must also provide the Purchasing Agency with the Source Materials for that Software at the same time.
