Common use of Source of Payment Clause in Contracts

Source of Payment. For purposes of this Agreement, employment and compensation paid by any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company will be deemed to be employment and compensation paid by the Company.

Source of Payment. For purposes of this Agreement, employment and compensation paid by any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company will (or paid by any third party employee leasing business which provides employees to any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company) shall be deemed to be employment and compensation paid by the Company.
