You may cancel this Agreement by informing Us of Your cancellation request within 30 days of the purchase of the Agreement and You will Supreme Home Warranty Protection Plan 11 of 12 – APHW 0114 receive a 100% refund of the full Contract Fee of Your Agreement, provided no claims have been paid. If Your cancellation request is made more than 30 days from the date of purchase, or if a claim has been paid within the first 30 days, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee, minus any paid claims. We restrict access to your information to only APHW employees who we have determined need it in order to provide services to you. We train our employees to safeguard customer information, and we require them to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Information from unauthorized access by third parties.
