With respect to leases at Xxxxxxxx Center in Beverly (only), LESSEE shall fully comply with all regulations of the South Essex Sewerage District (SESD) now or hereafter in effect, including prompt filing with LESSOR of any documents required by SESD regulations, aid LESSEE agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LESSOR and OWNER from any aid all liability arising out of any noncompliance by LESSEE with such regulations.
