South Georgia Pre-Paid may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures shall apply. South Georgia Pre-Paid will be required to activate cable pairs in no less than 8 (eight) pair increments.
South Georgia Pre. Paid shall use BellSouth’s Remote Splitter Ordering Document (“RSOD”) to order and activate splitters from BellSouth or to activate CLEC owned splitters at an RT for use with High Frequency Spectrum.
