BRI is available to CLEC for CLEC’s End User Customers and is the combination of a Digital Line Side Port (supporting BRI ISDN), and Shared Transport provided under the Agreement with a Basic Rate ISDN- capable Loop provided in accordance with CLEC’s ICAs, except for those Loops that are otherwise provided for in the Agreement.
