SOW Term. Each SOW will begin on the effective date of the SOW and will remain in effect until the Services are completed, this Agreement is terminated, or the termination date set out in the SOW (the “Termination Date”), whichever is later. If no specific Termination Date is designated in the SOW, Client may terminate the SOW upon thirty (30) days written notice to Granicus.
