Common use of Space Plan and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Space Plan and Specifications. a. No later than ten (10) days after the date of this Work Agreement set forth above, Tenant shall submit two (2) sets of a "Space Plan" (as described in Section 16) to Landlord for approval. b. Landlord shall, within ten (10) days after receipt thereof, either approve said Space Plan, or disapprove the same advising Tenant of the reasons for such disapproval. In the event Landlord disapproves said Space Plan, Tenant shall modify the same, taking into account the reasons given by Landlord for said disapproval, and shall submit two sets of the revised Space Plan to Landlord within five (5) days after receipt of Landlord's initial disapproval.

In the event Landlord disapproves said Space Plan, Tenant shall modify the same, taking into account the reasons given by Landlord for said disapproval, and shall submit two sets of the revised Space Plan to Landlord within five ten (510) days after receipt of Landlord's ’s initial disapproval.
