Space Preferences. If ACCESS Integrated has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the BellSouth Premises, ACCESS Integrated may submit up to three (3) space preferences on its application by identifying the specific space identification numbers referenced on the Space Availability Report for the space it is requesting. In the event BellSouth cannot accommodate ACCESS Integrated's space preference(s), ACCESS Integrated may accept the space allocated by BellSouth or cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same BellSouth Premises. This application will be treated as a new application and the appropriate application fee will apply. The application fee will be billed by BellSouth on the date that BellSouth provides ACCESS Integrated with an Application Response.
Space Preferences. If CLEC-1 has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the Premises, CLEC-1 may submit up to three (3) space preferences on their application identifying specific space identification numbers as referenced on the Space Availability Report. In the event that BellSouth can not accommodate the CLEC-1's preference(s), CLEC-1 may elect to accept the space allocated by BellSouth or may cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional preferences, which will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply.

If Neutral Tandem has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the BellSouth Premises, Neutral Tandem may submit up to three (3) space preferences on its application by identifying the specific space identification numbers referenced on the Space Availability Report for the space it is requesting. In the event BellSouth cannot accommodate Neutral Tandem’s space preference(s), Neutral Tandem may accept the space allocated by BellSouth or cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same BellSouth Premises. This application will be treated as a new application and the appropriate application fee will apply. The application fee will be billed by BellSouth on the date that BellSouth provides Neutral Tandem with an Application Response.

If DSLi has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the Premises, DSLi may submit up to three (3) space preferences on their application identifying specific space identification numbers as referenced on the Space Availability Report. In the event BellSouth cannot accommodate the TelCove's preference(s), TelCove may accept the space allocated by BellSouth or cancel its application, (without incurring an application fee), and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same central office. This application will be treated as a new application and an application fee will be billed by BellSouth on the date that BellSouth provides TelCove with an Application Response.

In the event AT&T cannot accommodate CLEC’s space preference(s), CLEC may accept the space allocated by AT&T or cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same AT&T Premises. This application will be treated as a new application and the appropriate application fee will apply. The application fee will be billed by AT&T on the date that AT&T provides CLEC with an Application Response.

If GulfPines has previously requested and received a Space Availability Report for the BellSouth Premises, GulfPines may submit up to three (3) space preferences on its application by identifying the specific space identification numbers referenced on the Space Availability Report for the space it is requesting. In the event BellSouth cannot accommodate GulfPines’ preference(s), GulfPines may accept the space allocated by BellSouth or cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional space preferences for the same central office. This application will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply. In the event that BellSouth cannot accommodate the DeltaCom’s preference(s), DeltaCom may elect to accept the space allocated by BellSouth or may cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional preferences, which will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply which will be billed by BellSouth on the date that BellSouth makes an Application Response.

In the event that BellSouth cannot accommodate the T-Mobile's preference(s), T-Mobile may elect to accept the space allocated by BellSouth or may cancel its application and submit another application requesting additional preferences, which will be treated as a new application and an application fee will apply.
