Any emails or any other messages that are circulated by Affiliate, directly or indirectly, including messages that are posted on social media networks, newsgroups, forums, chat boards and other types of online media and which: are directed at third parties who have not consented in writing in advance to receiving promotional messages from such Affiliate; contain false or misleading statements; do not truthfully identify the source or the originating IP Address from which it was sent; or do not provide the recipient with an option to easily be removed from receiving future mailings or promotions.
